I’ve never been big on resolutions, but i think 2012 is going to be a big year. I’m in awe of the abundance of her creativity, and her ability to seize the moment. this weekend i made: pomegranate gravy, apple pecan and goat cheese salad with cranberry dressing, yams with a citrus and coriander glaze, goat cheese toasts with honey rosemary and pecans, a guyere quiche, leek and mushroom soup, and an orange and pomegranate salad with pine nuts and citrus dressing. And it all turned out pretty dang tasty.
