this weekend i made: pomegranate gravy, apple pecan and goat cheese salad with cranberry dressing, yams with a citrus and coriander glaze, goat cheese toasts with honey rosemary and pecans, a guyere quiche, leek and mushroom soup, and an orange and pomegranate salad with pine nuts and citrus dressing.

And it all turned out pretty dang tasty.
